Please refer to your care label on the inside of the garment. If your gear is damaged or underperforming, we’ve got your back.
If one of our products should fail to meet your expectations, we’ll work to make it right through a replacement, credit or another suitable solution.
We are sorry you are facing a problem with your gear. To help you quickly please check the following conditions.
We can help you when your warranty request contains the following conditions:
- Bought in the web shop
- Within the warranty period
- Inside label should not be removed
- Item cannot show any signs of damage caused by normal wear and tear (including zippers and other hardware), misuse, neglect or overt abuse of the garment.
- Does not cover customised items
If you bought your item in a store or in another web shop, we advise you to contact the reseller directly.

HOW TO MAKE A WARRANTY CLAIM?
If you want to make a warranty claim, please contact our customer service department by e-mail, including the information listed below:
- Photo of the item label (which show the item code)
- Photo of the product defect
- Information on how the product defect occurred
DO I GET A REPLACEMENT OR A REFUND FOR A WARRANTY CASE?
We guarantee replacement if the item is in stock. If the item is no longer available, we will promptly issue a refund to you.

HOW TO CHECK AVAILABILITY AND REPLENISHMENT
When choosing an out-of-stock size, a small red button will appear with the text “Notify me when available”, allowing you to apply for an email alert when the desired size/colour becomes available again.
