How to send your gear back
How to Return
Returning is quick and easy. If you are not happy with your purchase for any reason, we will be happy to accept a return.
- Free of charge
- 60 days return period from the order date
Make sure your return meets the following criteria:
- The outside label should not be broken or removed
- The item should not have been used or damaged
- Returns need to be returned with our return label
- Socks need to be in the original packaging
Please note that we cannot accept returns after the 60-day return period has expired. To be eligible for a return, your return must be registered within 60 days of the original purchase date.
How to make a return:
We do not accept exchanges at this time. We reserves the right to refuse your refund if the items are not returned in their original condition.
- Step 1:
1. Fill out the return form, included with your package. Make sure to choose one of the return reasons. - Step 2:
. Fill out the number of items you want to return and the reason code (see below) for each line. - Step 3:
Include the return form in your return package so we can process the return. - Step 4:
Place the return address label on top of the original shipping label. - Step 5:
Make sure the items being returned are in good condition and securely packed in the chosen packaging. If possible, use the original box.

Can´t find the return label?
If you have not received the return label, please contact our customer support. If you have any further questions or need additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us. We are here to help.
When will I receive my refund?
Upon receipt of the order by the warehouse, the refund will be processed within 21 days from the date of delivery of the shipment to our warehouse. You can check if your order is delivered to the warehouse via the tracking information of the returned parcel.
We will refund you for your returned items using the same payment method you used to pay for your order. For example, if you paid for your order with PayPal, the refund will be credited to your PayPal account.
Refunded incorrect amount
If you haven’t been refunded the correct amount, we sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused. Please don’t hesitate to contact our customer support team with your order number, details of the returned items, and the receipt of the return parcel. We’ll swiftly investigate the matter and ensure that you receive the correct refund amount.
Can I exchange the size or color?
We are sorry, but due to logistic reasons, we are unable to facilitate item exchanges currently.
